Company Seals

Irish Companies are required by law to have a company seal. The company’s seal must be used only with the authority of the Directors or of a committee of Directors authorised by the Directors on that behalf, and every instrument to which the seal is affixed must be signed by a Director and countersigned by the Secretary or by a second Director or by some other person appointed by the Directors for that purpose.
