Refund Policy

The customer can cancel neither products nor services after papers have been appropriately prepared or lodged with the relevant Registrar. If the proposed name is rejected and additional substitute names acceptable to the Registrar are not provided by the customer to RegisterMyCompany.ie after a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such circumstances RegisterMyCompany.ie will return the customer’s funds less a deduction for an administration fee. Until a proposed company is duly formed, all completed forms and papers provided by RegisterMyCompany.ie shall remain the property of, and under the control of, RegisterMyCompany.ie.
